Sean Buckley, founder and head coach of Coach Buckley Academy, didn’t start with a business plan, he started with love for the game. After a career in the League of Ireland and two All-Ireland medals, a few casual sessions turned into something much bigger.  

“A few parents asked me to come over and do a few sessions… I did that for free, and it grew itself. Now fast forward three years, I’ve got 115 clients.”

What started organically soon became a full-timer operation- and with that growth came challenges, especially around scaling, managing admin, and training other coaches to meet Sean’s high standards.
