Go for Gold: The Gadirova Masterclass Competition

Introduction
The Go for Gold competition (the "Competition") is organised by [ClassForKids] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in collaboration with Olympic medalists Jessica and Jennifer Gadirova. By entering this Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all gymnastics clubs within the United Kingdom.
• Each club may submit one entry to nominate two gymnasts aged 12-18 (the “Participants”) and two accompanying adults.
• Participants must be actively training on a competitive gymnastics pathway.

How to Enter

• Clubs must complete the official entry form provided via [entry method/link] by 13th June 2025.
• Only one entry per club is permitted.

Prizes
A total of 30 spaces are available, allocated as 15 clubs with 2 spaces each.
Winning clubs will send 2 gymnasts and 2 accompanying adults to attend the masterclass.

The prize includes:

• A 1-hour training workshop with Jessica and Jennifer Gadirova.
• A private Q&A session offering top tips and insights.
• Behind-the-scenes content and photo opportunities.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, 29th June 2025.
• Venue: London (specific venue details will be shared with winners).
• The venue details will remain confidential until winners are selected to ensure event security.‍

Travel Costs

• Travel, accomodation and any other associated costs are not included in this prize.
• Winning clubs must make their own arrangements to attend the event.

Selection of Winners

• Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
• The selection will take place on 16th June 2025, and winners will be notified via email or phone.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 18th June 2025, we reserve the right to select another winner.

Conditions of Attendance

• All gymnasts must be accompanied by an adult representative from their club or parent/carer/guardian.
• Winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

General Rules

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice if circumstances arise outside our control.
• By entering, participants agree to the use of their names, images, and any event-related content for promotional purposes.
• Travel support will be offered if needed; further details will be provided to the winners upon selection.

Liability

• We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Competition or the event itself, except where caused by our negligence.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements necessary to participate in the masterclass.
