Terms and Conditions

ClassForKids, an Access Company will offer a £150 voucher for any new customer that sign up to ClassForKids and is fully eligible (see criteria below):

• If you're a club based in Ireland, the voucher options are: Ticketmaster, Adidas, Apple, and Tesco.
• If you're a club based in UK, the voucher options are: Ticketmaster, Nike, John Lewis, and Marks & Spencer.

• To be eligible for the £150 voucher (€150 if your club is based in the Republic of Ireland), customers must sign a contract by 22 December 2025 and secure 15 separate paid orders from parents through the ClassForKids system by the second payment date. Please note that orders processed offline (e.g., by bank transfer, cash, etc.) will not count toward the total of paid orders made through the ClassForKids system.

• Any misuse of the qualification criteria will result in the club being disqualified from accessing the benefits. This includes actions such as generating fraudulent customer orders to meet the required threshold of 15, among other violations.
• You will have a 30 day cooling off period to exit this contract. Your £150 voucher will be issued after the 30-day cooling-off period.

• Once signed up, you will be tied into a contract with ClassForKids for 12 months
• If you are a franchise whose head office already has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids, you will not be eligible for this offer
• Current customers are excluded from the offer. You should not be an existing or returning customer. (i.e. you’ll be excluded from the offer if you have an existing account with ClassForKids, have had a prior account with ClassForKids, or if you’re a franchise whose head office has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids)
• Should you meet the eligibility criteria for the voucher, it will be issued to you by our partner, Caboodle Technology - an Access Company.

• By signing this contract, you consent to ClassForKids sharing of your email address with our partner Caboodle, enabling them to process your voucher.
• A platform fee will be applied to all payments through the system.
• You will be charged if premium features such as "Premium SMS" are used.
• This offer is exclusively available to clubs in the UK.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• ClassForKids reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice and no liability will arise from doing so.
