Terms and Conditions

ClassForKids, an Access Company, is offering a “Free for 3 Months 2025” deal, plus a £150 UDO credit (€150 if your dance school or studio is in the Republic of Ireland) for your dance studio, to any new customer who signs up to ClassForKids and meets the full eligibility criteria (see below):

• To be eligible to the free ClassForKids for 3 months, customers must sign a contract with ClassForKids.
• Enjoy 3 months of free access to ClassForKids from your sign-up date. After that, the standard rate of £34.99/month will apply.

• To qualify for a £150 UDO credit  (€150 if your dance school or studio is in the Republic of Ireland), you must secure 15 separate paid orders from your parents through the ClassForKids system by the second payment date. Please note that orders processed offline (e.g., by bank transfer, cash etc) will not be counted towards the total of paid orders made through the ClassForKids system.
• Any misuse of the qualification criteria will result in the club being disqualified from accessing the benefits. This includes actions such as generating fraudulent customer orders to meet the required threshold of 15, among other violations.
• Once signed up, you will be tied into a contract with ClassForKids for 12 months  
• You will have a 30 day cooling off period to exit this contract. Your £150 dance supplies credits  (€150 if your dance school or studio is in the Republic of Ireland) will be issued after the 30-day cooling-off period.

• This offer is exclusively available to clubs in the UK and Ireland.  
• Free access to ClassForKids will be applied immediately once you sign up and sign a contract with ClassForKids.
• Current customers are excluded from the offer. You should not be an existing or returning customer. (i.e. you’ll be excluded from the offer if you have an existing account with ClassForKids, have had a prior account with ClassForKids, or if you’re a franchise whose head office has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids)
• By signing up for this offer, you agree that your data may be shared with our partner, UNITED DANCE ORGANISATION, for the purpose of processing and delivering the £150 credits.

• ClassForKids reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice and no liability will arise from doing so  
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• A platform fee will be applied to all payments through the system.
• You will be charged if premium features such as "Premium SMS" are used.
