Terms and Conditions
ClassForKids (an Access UK Ltd company) [CFK] will send [the Referrer] a £100 voucher (or €100 if you are in the Republic of Ireland) of their choice for every successful referral. To participate, the Referrer must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid email address. The referred kids' activity club [Club] must be based in either the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

In order for the referral to be considered valid, the following conditions must be met:

• If you are in the UK, the voucher options are Nike, Ticketmaster, John Lewis, and M&S.
• If you are in the Republic of Ireland, the voucher options are Adidas, Apple, Ticketmaster, and Tesco.
• ClassForKids reserves the right to change the available voucher options at any time.
• The Referrer must provide the name and contact details of the Club, as well as their own contact details, using our Referral Form.
• The Club must give consent for the Referrer to be notified after 15 payments have been processed through the CFK system.
• The Club must sign up to CFK, set up a club system, and create a user account.
• The Club must not have received a demo with ClassForKids or be a current customer.
• The Club must activate by taking payment for 15 separate bookings via the CFK system.
• The Club will redeem 50% off for 6 months or can opt for another incentive available at the time. Only one offer can apply.

Restrictions/ Limitations/ Exclusions:  

1. The Club may not be a Franchise whose head office has already entered a separate commercial agreement with CFK.

2. In the event a Referrer refers a Club they own, they will be eligible for only one reward. This reward will be either £100 voucher or 50% discount for 6 months.

3. In the event of a Club being referred by multiple Referrers, the first referral will be awarded the voucher.

4. CFK reserves the right to refuse to accept any referral at its discretion.  

5. CFK reserves the right to withdraw the incentive scheme at any time without prior notice, and no liability will arise from doing so.  

6. Once validated, CFK intends to issue the voucher within 3 months, but we reserve the right to send it later if the club takes longer than 3 months to process its first 15 bookings through the CFK system.
