ClassForKids Price Match Terms and Conditions
ClassForKids, an Access Company will Price match the monthly license fee and transaction fee for any new customer that signs up to ClassForKids and is fully eligible (see criteria below):
- Current customers are excluded from the offer (i.e. you’ll be excluded from the offer if you have an existing account with ClassForKids).
- Former ClassForKids customers who have cancelled after June 2024, are not eligible to take part in the offer.
- To be eligible, customers must sign a contract with ClassForKids by 31st December 2024.
- Once signed up, you will be tied into a contract with ClassForKids for 12 months.
- You will have a 30 day cooling off period to exit this contract.
- If you are a franchise whose head office already has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids, you will not be eligible for this offer.
- ClassForkids will require proof of the current contract / billing setup with another provider to confirm fees. This can be in the form of a screenshot.
- A platform fee will be applied to all payments through the system.
- ClassForKid reserves the right to refuse matching transaction fees below 2%.
- ClassForKids will match your transaction fee including Stripe fee % for the duration of the contract:
- assuming Stripe fees are 1.5% + £0.20p per transaction for (as of November 2024) for clubs using standard UK cards.
- assuming Stripe fees are 1.5% + €0.25c for clubs in Republic of Ireland (as of November 2024) for clubs using standard European Economic Area cards.
- ClassForKids will not price match or refund the £0.20 or €0.25 per transaction.
- You will be charged if premium features such as "Premium SMS" are used.
- An additional 0.7% will be charged by Stripe per transaction when using the “Subscription” feature.
- The price match will take effect from the moment you create your ClassForKids system and sign the contract, and the contract will expire 12 months from that point. At which time your pricing may be subject to change.
- Offer is limited to UK and Republic of Ireland customers only.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- ClassForKids reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice and no liability will arise from doing so.
