Terms and Conditions

ClassForKids, an Access company, is offering five years of free monthly licence fees plus a £50 Amazon voucher (or a €50 Ticketmaster voucher if your club is based in the Republic of Ireland) to any new customer who signs up and meets the eligibility criteria (see below).

• To be eligible for 5 years of free access, customers must have a programme size of over 300 kids attending per week and complete a demo with ClassForKids in 2025.

• To be eligible for 5 years free access, customers must sign up on 28th November 2025.
• To qualify for a £50 Amazon voucher (or a €50 TicketMaster voucher if your club is based in the Republic of Ireland), you must secure 15 separate paid orders from your parents through the ClassForKids system by the second payment day. Please note that orders processed offline (e.g., by bank transfer, cash etc), or cancelled orders, will not be counted towards the total of paid orders made through the ClassForKids system.

• Any misuse of the qualification criteria will result in the club being disqualified from accessing the benefits. This includes actions such as generating fraudulent customer orders to meet the required threshold of 15, among other violations.
• By signing up, you will enter into a 12-month contract with ClassForKids.
  

• You will have a 30 day cooling off period to exit this contract. Your £50 Amazon voucher (or a €50 TicketMaster voucher if your club is based in the Republic of Ireland) will be issued after the 30-day cooling-off period.
• The 5 years free access applies immediately upon contract signing.
• This 5-year promotional access is intended for active users. Should your account remain inactive (with no new orders processed from parents) for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ensure our resources support engaged customers.

• Current or returning customers, including franchises with existing commercial agreements, are not eligible.
• A platform fee applies to all payments processed through the system.
• Additional charges may apply for premium features, such as “Premium SMS.”
• Offer is exclusively for clubs based in the UK or Republic of Ireland
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
• ClassForKids reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time without notice, with no liability.
• Upon completion of the initial five-year free access period, the system will revert to the prevailing standard monthly subscription rate, currently set at £34.99. It is the sole responsibility of the club owner to monitor any updates to this pricing and to notify ClassForKids should they wish to discontinue the service.
