Terms and Conditions

ClassForKids, an Access Company will honour the following for any new customer that signs up to ClassForKids and is fully eligible (see criteria below):

• New customers signing up for this offer will have the choice of choosing one gift from the following: White Bose Headphones or a 40MM GPS Sports Loop Apple SE Watch
• This offer is limited to the first 10 customers who sign up for this offer. After 10 signs ups, we have the reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice and no liability will arise from doing so
• To be eligible, customers must sign a contract and complete a minimum of 15 separate bookings via the ClassForKids booking software by 31st December 2023

• Once signed up, you will be tied into a contract with ClassForKids for 12 months
• You will have a 30 day cooling off period (this excludes camps only offers) to exit this contract
• ClassForKids aims to have your gift issued to you within one month from your first 15 orders on the system but timescales will be dependent on stock of items from retailers
• If you are a franchise whose head office already has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids, you will not be eligible for this offer
• ClassForKids reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice and no liability will arise from doing so
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Current customers are excluded from the offer. You should not be an existing or returning customer. (i.e. you’ll be excluded from the offer if you have an existing account with ClassForKids, have had a prior account with ClassForKids, or if you’re a franchise whose head office has a separate commercial agreement with ClassForKids)
• Offer runs between 9AM GMT and 3PM GMT on 24th November 2023. Any offer submissions completed after 3PM GMT on 24th November 2023 will not be honoured.
• Offer is limited to UK and Ireland customers only.
