Terms and Conditions
ClassForKids, an Access Company will honour the Brand Perception Prize Draw for those who complete the Brand Perception Survey by meeting the criteria below:
- You must complete one of the following surveys in full by 31st May 2024
- Customer survey - https://a869k3dufyz.typeform.com/to/zYKZkcLz
- To be a ClassForKids customer, you must make regular monthly payments to ClassForKids.
- Non-customer survey - https://a869k3dufyz.typeform.com/to/Nb3UqQOh
- For non-customers, you must own a kids activity club.
- Customer survey - https://a869k3dufyz.typeform.com/to/zYKZkcLz
- To win a prize, you must provide us with your email address for us to contact you for winner details/delivery addresses
- Winners will be drawn at random inJune 2024
- Winners will be notified via email if they have won a prize
- If winners do not respond to ClassForKids communications by 30th June 2024, we reserve the right to remove the prize and award it to someone else included within the prize draw
- Prizes include a pair of Bose headphones and a £50 Amazon Voucher
- ClassForKids aims to have your gift issued to you within one month from by 30th June 2024, but timescales will be dependent on stock of items from retailers
- There will be a maximum of 5 winners for this survey
- Open to entrants within the UK and Ireland only.
