Lets Get Sporty are a not for profit social enterprise based in D&G. We provide young people with training, mentoring and employment opportunities through the delivery of sport and physical activity.

Moo Music is a great fun and interactive regular music session for 0 to 5 year old children and their parents, grandparents or carers too, where the children sing, dance and play. Music is an essential part of every child's development and the 125 original Moo Music songs used at the sessions are positive, uplifting, fun and educational. The interactive sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way. It's a great way to make new friends - both for the children and the adults too!

North Lakes Gymnastics Academy is an award winning club located in Penrith the heart of Cumbria. Our sessions are based in our dedicated gymnastics facility. As a British Gymnastics registered club we provide a fun, exciting and safe learning environment for children aged 18 months upwards. Our highly experienced and fully qualified coaching team are all registered British Gymnastics Coaches and will cater for each individual child’s needs whether they are a complete beginner or a budding gymnast.

Formed in 1977, Dumfries Y Gymnastics Club currently has around 800 members from across Dumfries and Galloway. Our gymnasts range in age from 6-weeks old to 16 years old. The Club is fully affiliated to the Scottish Gymnastics Association. We moved into our own premises in 2017, providing the only dedicated gymnastics facility in the region.

At our clubs, we offer a range of activities on rotation. These range from arts and crafts themed sessions, to sports and games themes, and mystery nights. We pride ourselves on getting to know the children and families that attend out clubs.
