CNS deliver evening and weekend football sessions for children 2 - 16 years old. You can select group or 1 on 1 sessions. We run holiday courses through the school holidays. The courses can be football or multi sport. We pride ourselves on having that personal touch and our coaches truly go above and beyond to ensure players have a great time at all of our sessions. All coaches are FA qualified, OFSTED standard first aid trained, hold child safeguarding courses and are DBS checked. Our aim is for players to love sport! Ballet Bears Dance Academy is a wonderful dance programme for children aged 12 months to 10 years. Specifically designed for babies and toddlers, the programme allows children to experience the benefits and joys of music and dance within a creative, nurturing, caring and fun environment. At Ballet Bears, we offer parents and children the opportunity to experience the early stages of ballet and dance with a friendly, experienced teacher who specialises in this age group. So if your child has the dancing bug, bring them along to Ballet Bears for some fantastic ballet fun!

Tiny Tweeties is a brilliant musical adventure loved by children and their grown ups! With instruments, puppets and props we sing a mix of known and original songs. Our range of themes are engaging and fun! Tiny Tweeties has been carefully created by educators and supports pre school development, linking into EYFS curriculum.

Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!

DanceFit is a lovely friendly dance school where your child can build confidence, exercise,learn new skills and make new friends. We don't do competitions or medals so there's no pressure on your child it's all about the fun. We do perform in shows throughout the year where family members can enjoy the children's hard work We also take part in the South Tyneside Parade once a year too so there's plenty to get involved with. Progression certificates are also available in our gymnastics classes and they too get to perform routines in our shows
