Activate Reform and Inspire Studios (ARI Studios) is a Sunderland-based stage school offering dynamic and supportive dance training for children aged 3 to 16. We’re passionate about more than just great performance — our classes are designed to build confidence, social skills, and physical fitness, helping young dancers grow both on and off the stage. Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!

DanceFit is a lovely friendly dance school where your child can build confidence, exercise,learn new skills and make new friends. We don't do competitions or medals so there's no pressure on your child it's all about the fun. We do perform in shows throughout the year where family members can enjoy the children's hard work We also take part in the South Tyneside Parade once a year too so there's plenty to get involved with. Progression certificates are also available in our gymnastics classes and they too get to perform routines in our shows
