Learn Freerunning and Parkour at the academy of the founder of the discipline, Sebastien Foucan. With his team in a playful way with soft, safe obstacles! We teach children, teenagers and adults to vault, jump, climb and run in a friendly and inclusive environment. they will gain physical and mental confidence in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Sebastien Foucan (star of the opening sequence of James Bond's Casino Royale) has established an Academy to safely share the secrets of Parkour and Freerunning. We have classes from 4 year olds to adults 4 days a week in Hammersmith. Students can expect an increased level of fitness plus greater mental and physical confidence.
