We work hard at advancing abilities, raising confidence and encouraging them to make plenty of friends. All our classes focus on keeping all the children active throughout the session, fun games, drills, and match play. Social skills are increased alongside independence. In our classes the children take their first steps into their football career, within this, they will be active throughout the session developing physical, mental and social skills through our fun-based planned sessions. They will further develop their football skills and knowledge so they are tricky for anybody to defend against.

Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. GROW ethos is at the heart of everything we do, meaning: - We have fun and are safe - We are active and engaged - We learn and increase in confidence
