A clear pathway to help children enter the sport as a beginner and progress them to a national level. You will be coached by three time British Champion & Commonwealth Games athlete - Ross McFarlane amongst some other great and friendly coaches Our aim is that your child enjoys wrestling, learns new skills and if they choose to, compete at competitions. We teach you how to fall safely, we show you how to execute moves, outwit opponents and develop skills that maybe useful to defend yourself if the situation ever required. However we always promote and expect you to have respect for the coaches, your team mates and most importantly your competitors. We want to help you to win!!! but we want you to be graceful in defeat. Wrestling is a weight category sport (No child will be weighed unless attending national competitions, and no child would ever be asked to cut weight) so your child will practice with someone their own size and rough weight each week. Misconceptions; Wrestling is sometimes viewed as violent and linked to the excitement of entertainment wrestling. However we don't throw punches or chairs. We don't trash talk our adversaries and we certainly don't encourage hurting our team mates or opponents.

Classes for 2.5 - 5 year olds and parents to learn through play, together. BKLL is led by myself (Janine). I am a primary teacher with over 22 years experience. Each week families explore a letter from my own unique phonics scheme that I created 10 years ago. We do this through stories, songs, actions and even sign language! Then we play!! But all our activities are linked to literacy, numeracy or developing fine motor skills. Big Kids Little Learners is as much about the adults as it is about the children. You get to be the Big Kids!! You also go home, knowing you've had some real quality time with your little ones.

Galaxy Dance and Cheer a competitive cheer and dance team based in Renfrewshire

Wee Explorers is a great opportunity for toddlers and pre school school children to develop friendships and new skills, through play. Each session will have a literacy focus with related activities to promote learning. Children will also have the opportunity to play and explore in the 'free play' areas. Classes will be run by a fully qualified primary school teacher, with 20+ years of experience.
