Sports Squad is a FUN, STRUCTURED and ACTIVE way of engaging children in physical activity from a young age. Our weekly programme begins by teaching the younger ones the fundamental skills of Agility, Balance and Co-ordination. They will progress to learning and participating in a variety of ORGANIZED sports including dodgeball and hockey, channelling all their ENERGY into becoming healthy young people with skills in TEAMWORK, strengthening them PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

ASNding Stars is not just an activity class inspired by Soccer Stars, but a community for children aged 2 - 12 years old with additional support needs and their parents/carers. No diagnosis required, every child deserves the right to play, explore, build confidence and have fun to their interests.

Award winning Glow Bambino sensory adventure sessions for you and your little ones. Woo Woo the magical Glow Worm transports you both on an imaginary journey using unique lighting, sensory toys, puppets and a variety of music. While you and your baby play, you'll be supporting their early development - building on their social, language and coordination skills without even realising it! Each of our sessions tells a different story in several stages and revolves around developing certain skills in your little one in a fun, theatrical and rhythmical way. If you experience all 8 of our adventures, enjoy them and wish to re-enrol, rest assured you and your little one will experience these sessions in an entirely different way next time round, due to the new stage of development they are going through! Classes run for approx 1 hour including socialising time and photo opportunities at the end.

Welcome to Scotlands leading Recreational Gymnastics Club. We provide a fun, confidence building, non competitive environment, providing gymnastics classes for children from 4 months to 17 years. The classes focus on the fundamental gymnastics skills and movements paying particular attention to the pre-tumbling and acrobatic skills that are also useful in Dancing and many other sports. The children participate & learn skills at their own level and progressions are put in place to enable this. They are non competitive classes with the main aims being fun, fitness and fundamental skills. Pathways are provided for all gymnasts at all levels. We also provide a unique coaching pathway for our teen students. Lets make time to Tumble Lets make time for you!
