A clear pathway to help children enter the sport as a beginner and progress them to a national level. You will be coached by three time British Champion & Commonwealth Games athlete - Ross McFarlane amongst some other great and friendly coaches Our aim is that your child enjoys wrestling, learns new skills and if they choose to, compete at competitions. We provide an environment that will encourage your child and aid them to; Enjoy the sport of wrestling, Become physically fitter, Become mentally tougher, Become tactically smarter, Become technically superior, Be present and not worry about results. Wrestling benefits; - Improve cardiovascular fitness, core stability, reflexes, balance, coordination, timing and overall body strength. - Builds resilience - Promotes focus toward specific tasks. - Encourages discipline & respect. - Develops social skills. We teach you how to fall safely, we show you how to execute moves, outwit opponents and develop skills that maybe useful to defend yourself if the situation ever required. However we always promote and expect you to have respect for the coaches, your team mates and most importantly your competitors. We want to help you to win!!! but we want you to be graceful in defeat. Wrestling is a weight category sport (No child will be weighed unless attending national competitions, and no child would ever be asked to cut weight) so your child will practice with someone their own size and rough weight each week. Misconceptions; Wrestling is sometimes viewed as violent and linked to the excitement of entertainment wrestling. However we don't throw punches or chairs. We don't trash talk our adversaries and we certainly don't encourage hurting our team mates or opponents.

We have gained several trophies, medals, and titles at recent events in Scottish Gymnastics. Inspire choreograph and present an annual show themed with all our gymnasts invited to showcase their skills to family and friends. Our coaches are fully qualified and have completed online training in safe guarding, child protection and well being. All staff members are pvg checked by Disclosure Scotland and are screened to work with children and vulnerable adults. Staff are first aid qualified, having renewed training to include sports first aid. Our club is affiliated and registered with both Scottish and British gymnastics. Étoile Performing Arts offers children’s classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro, Musical Theatre and Drama, alongside our Scholars and Associate Programmes. Adult dancers can enjoy Ballet, Ballet Blast Fitness, Silver Swans® Ballet for ages 55+, and Dance Exercise classes. All tuition is delivered by fully qualified teachers trained in RAD and BBO syllabi, led by an ex‑professional dancer who trained at Elmhurst Ballet School. Many former pupils have progressed to prestigious vocational schools — including The Royal Ballet School’s White Lodge — and pupils have gone on to dance professionally. Students also have the opportunity to take part in annual dance displays, charity events, and examinations across all dance genres.

Wee Workshops provide inclusive drama sessions for children under 6 years old with a focus on developing clear speech through storytelling and play. Speech Bubble for Down’s Syndrome currently provides weekly, fun, energetic speech focused workshops for young adults with Down’s Syndrome in at the Citizens Theatre, Glasgow. Weekly speech focused Online Drama Workshops for children and young people with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy to encourage creativity and vocal confidence. 1:1 vocal coaching sessions are available by arrangement. Speech Bubble is a Scottish Charity providing inclusive, speech focused drama activities and arts workshops specifically for children and young people with disabilities. The sessions are run by professional actors and drama tutors with years of experience working with all ages and abilities.

Enjoy-a-Ball is a multi-sports coaching program for girls and boys aged between three and nine. All lessons are taught in a caring, positive, fun-filled environment. Our objective is to make children's first experiences in a sports coaching environment happy and memorable.
