Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

During term time we coach Physical Education in over 50 primary schools around Cheshire and Staffordshire, each school we work in is different and we pride ourselves in creating a bespoke service for each one, whether that be offering PPA cover, CPD lessons, Pools To Schools, breakfast, lunch or after school clubs. During school holidays our Multi-sports and Sport specific holiday clubs have been very popular since August 2010. We pride ourselves on offering children new experiences and opportunities within sport away from school time.

We believe dance is good for the soul and well-being, everyone should have the chance to dance! It is the ultimate stealth exercise! The classes for children are in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Modern and Musical Theatre. They have the opportunity to take part in a yearly performance in a theatre and exams. Adult classes are Ballet for beginners and Intermediate Contemporary Tap for beginners and Intermediate Seated ballet and seated dance classes for people with limited mobilities Silver Swans ballet for the over 50s. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. AW Coaching offers football sessions, after school sports clubs, before & after school childcare provision & holiday clubs. We cater for all children from the age of 18months - 16 year olds in a fun, friendly environment.

MAPA run musical theatre classes along with acting, dance and singing lessons and much more. MAPA offers inspiring, fun yet challenging training in all aspects of performing arts. Taught by a team of experienced industry professionals, young performers will work on producing full-scale productions and shows with 1/2 performances annually.
