My name is Amalia, I am a Gymnastics Coach, Fitness instructor and personal trainer that loves to spread love for gymnastics, dancing and helping my community improve their fitness and connect with themselves and each other. I teach children from 2yo all the way to 100yo!! Yes you will find me teaching dancing (seating down) even in Care Homes. I was a gymnast myself for over 20 years and have been coaching on and off all my life. My main goal is that children find in my sport the same I did many years ago, which is a safe and happy place... I aim to teach them skills they can use for life, but mostly for them to have fun while they are learning. My adult classes include Zumba, Pilates, Personal Training and Strong (Hiit) in an inclusive, fun environment!

Little Learners is a unique and fun approach to early writing for babies to pre-schoolers devised by a qualified teacher. We will help your child recognise and make marks and begin to form letters, numbers and patterns through messy play!

Swimming lessons for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. From Parent & Baby through the Stages to Adult Fitness Classes. We follow the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming. Our groups have no more than 6 swimmers in. Private lessons (1-2-1 or 2-2-1) also available. Prices start at £12.50 for group lessons and the monthly fees are calculated depending on the term length and include the cost of a certificate. This total price is then split into a subscription of 3 monthly payments to spread the cost. The subscription is paused between terms. The cost is pro rata for those joining after the start of a term.

We have taught in over 75 schools across the South East as well as working with Pro clubs and some of the largest youth football organisations. We provide safe, fun and inspiring development for children of all ages and abilities.
