First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
