At our sports coaching company, we’re all about making sport fun, exciting, and accessible for every child. We work in primary schools to deliver PE lessons that get kids moving, smiling, and building confidence, while our after-school clubs give them the chance to try new sports and make lasting friendships. During school holidays our holiday camps are the perfect way for children to stay active, learn new skills, and have loads of fun in a safe and supportive environment. What makes us special is the energy and enthusiasm our coaches bring every day—they love what they do, and it shows in the way they inspire children to enjoy being active and feel proud of what they achieve!

Capoeira is an exciting and dynamic Afro-Brazilian art-form that combines elements of movement, dance, martial arts, music, and game-play. Developed by African slaves and their descendants in Brazil, capoeira has a rich history and this beautiful art has survived through hundreds of years of exploitation and adversity. In 2014 capoeira was granted ‘Cultural Heritage Status’ by UNESCO the UN’s cultural arm. As well as being an amazingly rewarding and fun activity, the practice of Capoeira develops excellent fitness, flexibility, mobility, coordination and balance. 

 It also enhances teamwork, communication, social skills and teaches mutual respect through its focus on working together and creating dialogues through movement. Capoeira also develops rhythm and musicality, and exposes capoeiristas to a foreign language and culture without even realizing it. Hailing from Minas Gerais, Brazil, Capoeira Manchester is led by Contra Mestre Rander under the guidance of world-wide renowned master, Mestre Papa-Léguas. Training since childhood, Rander has dedicated a lifetime to developing and sharing capoeira in Brazil and overseas, only becoming more passionate about the art form as time passes. He firmly believes in the transformative power of capoeira and how it can significantly enrich people's lives. There are NO REQUIREMENTS to start Capoeira, only willingness to learn and have fun. What is capoeira? - A non-contact Brazilian martial art - Suitable for all ages and abilities - Involves dance, gam-play, gymnastics and self-expression - Based on group and pair work. What can capoeira offer children? - Physical health and fitness. - Self-esteem and confidence - Focus and concentration - Respect - Fun and friendship

A wide variety of exciting, engaging instrument groups, band sessions, & 1-2-1 tuition allowing the next generation to learn and perform popular songs, learning the important skills of performing together as a team and the key components of the key stage 2, 3 & 4 music curriculum. The project utilises various electric and acoustic instruments including electric guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, acoustic guitars, drum kits, vocals and percussion achieving an overall full band experience covering modern and classic songs including tracks from the Rockschool RSL Awards syllabus.

First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Art Classes in Greater Manchester for children aged 4-12. We believe all children have the right to a creative education! Classes include visual arts - drawing, painting, textiles, 3D & more. All of our sessions are taught by practicing professional artists and we encourage confidence, creativity and expression through art. PLEASE NOTE: Clubs held in schools are for pupils attending the school exclusively. If your child doesn't attend the school stated, unfortunately they can't attend that club.
