Our music is drawn from a mixture of old favourites (nursery rhymes & folk songs etc) and original songs specifically aimed at young children. Class sizes are limited and very friendly. Relationships are built amongst children, parents and teacher and as a result, classes are much more personal. Each class has elements of singing, dancing, discovering props, playing instruments and listening to music: so much fun and a great way to meet other local parents with children of similar ages.

At BilinguaSing classes we sing well-known nursery rhymes and popular children’s songs in English and also in French, Spanish or Italian. So you don't need to know any languages to join us, but I guarantee that you will be singing along in no time! Our songs are accompanied by a range of instruments, puppets, sensory play, bubbles, dancing & elements of baby massage and yoga for the babies. So we have a lot of fun playing while we also learn a new language together. Research has proven that exposing babies and young children to the sounds of foreign languages as early on in life as possible actually pre-programmes / re-wires their brain to be more able to learn and speak languages fluently in later life. Rugby provides us with a greater variety and empowers us to introduce younger children to sport without them first having to develop ball control. Children, especially at a younger age, vary enormously so we can usually find an activity that most children will excel and feel accomplishment over. This provides confidence and can lead to greater participation on all sports.

Chance to Dance opened in January 2013 and became Chance to Dance Stars CIC, a registered Community Interest Company from June 2018. Chance to Dance is a unique dance school, that prides it's self in adapting movement and music for all children and young adults with a disability. Giving them access to a dance school and other activities that are structured and designed around who they are and their needs. These children and young adults are a true inspiration to me and my team. Chance to Dance Stars CIC caters specifically for disabled children and young adults from 2.5 years old that have a physical, cognitive, mental, sensory, emotional or/and developmental disability.
