Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!

Monkton Gymnastics Club is a hugely successful family run acrobatic gymnastics club creating regional and national champions. Monkton Gymnastics Club welcomes all that are interested in gymnastics. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE.
