Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

ISDance is a vibrant, community-based dance school nurturing creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. Welcoming students from ages 2-18, we offer high-quality training in ballet, contemporary, commercial, jazz and musical theatre. Our classes are designed to inspire dancers of all abilities, from tiny dancers taking their first steps to experienced students developing their technique and performance skills. At ISDance, we believe dance should be joyful, expressive, and inclusive, providing every child with the opportunity to shine in both the studio and on stage. KINESISdance is run by qualified dance teacher, Helen Brown, and offers a variety of classes and workshops in and around York. We offer regular Street Dance, Contemporary Dance & Musical Theatre Dance for CHILDREN, TEENAGERS & ADULTS, as well as working with pupils and teachers in Primary Schools to deliver creative dance through the curriculum and CPD workshops. In addition, we also offer bespoke Wedding First Dance Tuition, working with couples to create a First Dance which is perfect for them.
