My classes are specially designed to teach the foundations of gymnastics to children. These foundations will not only help your child to learn and improve their gymnastics skills but also offer numerous benefits that extend beyond the sport.

Mini Handball is here to offer grassroots training and competition opportunities to strengthen the foundations of handball in England.

Wrestling is a fantastic sport for kids where they can learn to rough and tumble safely, steeped in Olympic history freestyle wrestling is a fast and dynamic sport. The ultimate goal is to throw and pin your opponent to the mat, which results in an immediate win. The 45-minute session will be jammed packed full of energy-burning drills and fun. Through exercise alone, kids will begin to learn the movements involved in wrestling, from sprawling and forward rolls to bear walks and back arches. There is nothing like wrestling to build a kid’s confidence and self-esteem.

Netball Stars is fun and inclusive netball training for children aged 4-10 years old. We aim to develop basic netball skills and knowledge, we provide a safe space for children to learn and grow in confidence whilst they begin their netball journey. All sessions are run by qualified PE teachers.

TinyBallers Class Description: Our youngest class. TinyBallers is an exciting new session designed specifically for babies from crawling up to walking age. Babies can explore textures, colours, shapes and sounds through hands-on activities tailored to help them develop essential motor skills, coordination, and social awareness. Our TinyBallers play sessions are designed for maximum fun, letting babies interact with a range of materials like soft fabrics, different shapes, textures and other baby-friendly sensory items. All while making new friends in a welcoming and vibrant setting with a focus on football! BabyBallers Class Description: Starting from 16 months, allows fundamental movement skills to be picked up from the earliest point. Using a variety of learning techniques, shapes, colours, numbers and body parts are introduced to your little baller. Through patience and perseverance, we notice recognition from the child after repetition of our classes, with dribbling and kicking becoming a little less messy. MiniBallers Class Description: MiniBallers has a similar aspect to BabyBallers but includes more football related skills. The children will play more complex games that include dribbling, passing, shooting and catching. It is still an environment underpinned by a lot of fun and games, but the development of their skills will come on in leaps and bounds. By the time they finish, they will be ready to start learning even more in our Ballers sessions. Ballers Class Description: As your children get older, our Ballers sessions can help them improve their game further. We start focusing on their development of footballing ability and social development too. Our main aim is to give them a head start for when they join a team/club. We will even suggest some exit routes for them when they approach their final weeks at Ballers!

Foundation Sports are an award winning sports coaching company hosting a number of different sports clubs from after school provision to holiday camps. We are unique in the way we operate as we concentrate solely on having FUN! All our staff hold enhanced DBS checks, Safeguarding qualifications, First Aid certificates and Professional qualifications in their chosen sport.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
