Developing early years physical and cognitive skills is essential so that children can not only become beautiful ballerinas, but can excel in life with confidence and self esteem! Classes enable children to develop their; posture, alignment, poise, coordination, rhythm, creativity, balance, physical and numeric literacy, strength, fitness, determination, problem solving, communication, listening skills, focus, discipline, following instructions, spatial planning, self expression, empathy and compassion, social skills, cultural awareness, identity, inclusion, diversity, ... and so much more!
