We are a sports coaching company that specialises in coaching sports in schools, Cricket clubs and much more. Our mission is to empower and inspire children and adults of all ages and genders to participate in more sports, which starts from our after-school clubs and in-school programs to our more specific cricket club sessions. Since starting in 2022 we have gone from strength to strength with our Cricket Clubs as well as our schools, and through to our public events. In July 2024 we ran our first-ever event which was a huge success raising thousands with hundreds of people in attendance. se.

Upbeat is The REAL School of Rock! Join Upbeat's specialist tutors to experience the fun of learning, recording, writing and performing a wide range of awesome tunes. Do you like to sing, dance, play in a band , perform? Upbeat has it all! Classes for children from 4 - 18. Beginners welcome. We can't wait to meet you!

Here at SO:Dance and SO:Theatre we believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn and enjoy dance, theatre and performing. Whether a student is training for a career in performing arts or just coming along for fun, we offer an environment where everybody is able to learn and progress.
