Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

Grassroots Sports Academy formerly 5Sport is a Sports Coaching and Physical Education provider that promotes life-skills through Sport/Physical Activity! We have clubs, camps and educational programmes for children aged 18 months - 12 years!

New Beginnings provides child centred groups specifically for parents and children aged 0-5. The family is at the heart of everything we do. Our groups are friendly, informal and provide time and space where we support families through discussions, sharing of experiences, peer advice as well as fun structured activities. We facilitate and encourage the development of friendships and a support network of parents both inside and outside of the group setting. Embracing the JOY of early years. At Joy, we empower parents to navigate their child’s early years with confidence. Through baby classes, parent coaching, and postnatal support, we provide expert, compassionate guidance, grounded in over two decades of early years expertise. JOYful Developmental Baby Massage (4weeks - 7months) The class is built around developing the physical skills and strength that, over time, support your baby to co-ordinate movement, grasp, roll, sit and crawl. We sing, massage, move baby through yoga and gymnastic movements and ensure lots of kisses and snuggles. The second half of the class is a hot drink, a bottomless biscuit tin and a chance to chat with other parents. JOYful Movers (7months - Confident Walker) The class focuses on building confidence in your baby’s changing physical skills. We continue to work on strength and strong foundations for crawling and walking. There is lots of gymnastics and rough and tumble type play so prepare for a work out! The session is also designed to encourage early communication and language skills through singing, signing, instruments and interactive games. Ever fancied the UK's newest Olympic Approved Sport, Cheerleading? White Rose Cheer is approaching their new Season! We are based in Gildersome, Leeds, West Yorkshire, and we are so excited to be moving into our 11th season! Our venue houses one full size sprung floor, one 7 panel sprung floor, a dance studio, and an abundance of tumbling equipment. Our first ten seasons have been fantastic and we have seen some amazing team results, travelled to the USA and Europe, and seen athletes grow in confidence. We have seen strong friendships created through weekly training sessions. We have also been very lucky to have been awarded bids to the World's top events, including All-Star Worlds, The Summit and IASF Cheerleading Worlds. We are hoping that our 11th season will be our best yet! We are so very proud of our growth and would love to welcome more new athletes to our WRC family!
