SH Active Sports After School Clubs and Holiday Camps offer something for children of all ages and abilities. From Nerf wars to Dance, Gymnastics to Zorbing, and Football to our giant inflatables, there really is something for everyone. Children will be kept active, busy and socialised while parents have peace of mind that their children are being looked after by qualified, DBS checked, first aid and safeguarding trained staff. Cosmic Cheerleaders provides professional cheerleading programmes for children of all abilities in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Based in Burton-upon-Trent, we offer training in Level 0–3 stunts, tumbling, jumps, and choreography, supporting athletes at every stage of their cheer journey. Our professionally qualified coaches are passionate about developing strong cheerleading skills while building confidence and self-esteem. Athletes train as part of a supportive team, working towards shared goals that often grow into lifelong friendships. Alongside technical coaching, we focus on teaching valuable life skills, encouraging dedication, teamwork, and respect both on and off the cheer floor. We offer teams from age 4 to 16, including five national competitive teams and two international competitive teams who have proudly represented the academy at the European Championships in Barcelona and at Disneyland Paris. For athletes who would like to explore competitive cheer without full commitment, we also provide a competition development class. We run Level 1–3 tumble classes and Cheer for Fun sessions from age 4, ensuring there is a pathway for everyone to get involved and progress at their own pace. We are also proud to work closely with local schools, delivering after-school clubs and PE enrichment days across the area. Extracurricular Government directives require 2-3 hours of extracurricular activities per week in every school. PAS currently run creative breakfast, lunch-time and after school clubs, which again can be tailored to individual requirement. With the interaction between the coaches and pupils, a real rapport is built, thus promoting trust, confidence and self belief; a perfect formula for positive and healthy living. Many schools desire a Multi-Sport programme, giving children the opportunity to try a new sport on a weekly basis, keeping them active and engaged. We offer a huge range of dynamic sports, from our popular choices such as Football, Basketball and Dodgeball, to sports which are less frequently played such as Tri-Golf, Soft Archery and Lacrosse.
