The Club was formed in 1987 with 25 gymnasts training in the Assembly Hall of the old Auchterarder High School. The Club continued to grow and increase its membership over the following 6 years moving to Glenruthven Mill in 1993 where it held classes every week day and at weekends seeing its membership rise to 100 gymnasts and its coaches increasing from 2 to 8. In March 2002 we became a registered charity & completed the required fund raising necessary to build our existing facility. We received support from the Lottery funding, Robertson Trust, Gannochy Trust, Auchterarder Common Good Fund, Perth & Kinross Council, Auchterarder Rotary, local businesses and fund raising by gymnasts, parents and friends. We moved in 2004 with the official opening taking place in May 2005 by Steve Frew winner of a gold medal at the Manchester Commonwealth Games. Today we have over 430 gymnasts ranging from 18 months up to 18 years, training every day of the week with excess of 15 Coaches all fully trained and qualified together with all the helpers who perform a fantastic variety of roles. Over the years we have had tremendous success at all levels of competition including National representation and we continue to take part in many gym displays. We have links with clubs in England, Ireland, Belgium, Romania, Italy, USA and China and we are invited to compete internationally and also to attend various events and training camps. We are the largest children’s organisation within Auchterarder and one of the largest in Perthshire with a modern training facility which allows our gymnasts to train at all levels up to and including national level. We certainly have a great story to tell so why not be part of our future success.

DM Elite Football Coaching Academy provides top-level grassroots football coaching and training to young players at the foundational level of the sport in Edinburgh and Newtongrange. DMC Allstars is an established cheerleading team & dance school now based in Stirling. The sports club was founded in Dunblane in 2009. We have recently moved to our new studio and have expanded our classes. The 1000 sq ft secure studio is equipped with a sprung gymnastics floor and equipment, as well as a Harlequin dance floor and 10 metres of full-length wall mirrors. All lead coaches are fully qualified, experienced, insured and PVG checked. They also have training in child protection and first aid. We are excited to welcome new athletes to join the DMC family. We currently have classes available for school aged children in allstar cheerleading, gymnastics and dance (pom dance, hip-hop and lyrical/jazz). We also have adult classes available.
