We have a track record of equipping young people with the necessary confidence and competence to succeed, form positive relationships with physical activity and stay active for life. Our founders have taken their academic background in sports science and combined this with over 12+ years of professional coaching experience across multiple sport from grassroots community sport right the way through to elite professional sport teams competing at the highest level.

Passionate about providing young people in Scotland with a chance. We aim to do this via three core community projects: Football for All, Hope for Youths and Life Changing Experiences. Via our Football for All programme we aim to bring free football to as many children and young people across Scotland as possible. Allowing all children and young people to have fun in a safe space and grow and develop via interacting in our sessions and with our role model coaches.

Sparta trampoline club is the largest trampoline club and the only club with its own Centre in Scotland. We offer from recreational to competitive and preschool to adult classes. Trampolining is exercise disguised as fun - 10 minutes on a trampoline = 30-minute run! (yup, same number of calories burnt) We are not a trampoline park - classes are structured, and all gymnasts are coached, with no more than 5 gymnasts per coach. Gymnasts are all taught proper progressions and routines, learning new moves as they progress.

5 & 7-a-Side Football Complex based in Rouken Glen Park in Giffnock offering kids football coaching for pre-school to 12 years of age as well as kids football birthday parties!
