At Tots Coaching we offer a wide variety of Activities to support your child into kick starting an active life. We offer activities for children aged 18 months through to turning 12 in Football, Rugby & our specialised Tiny Tots sessions.

We deliver fun and engaging football sessions aimed at improving your children on and off the field! Coached by an FA/UEFA level coach who has playing experience in both professionally and semi professional environments, as well as 4 years coaching experience, we offer the best guidance, support and advice on how to develop your child’s game. Embracing the JOY of early years. At Joy, we empower parents to navigate their child’s early years with confidence. Through baby classes, parent coaching, and postnatal support, we provide expert, compassionate guidance, grounded in over two decades of early years expertise. JOYful Developmental Baby Massage (4weeks - 7months) The class is built around developing the physical skills and strength that, over time, support your baby to co-ordinate movement, grasp, roll, sit and crawl. We sing, massage, move baby through yoga and gymnastic movements and ensure lots of kisses and snuggles. The second half of the class is a hot drink, a bottomless biscuit tin and a chance to chat with other parents. JOYful Movers (7months - Confident Walker) The class focuses on building confidence in your baby’s changing physical skills. We continue to work on strength and strong foundations for crawling and walking. There is lots of gymnastics and rough and tumble type play so prepare for a work out! The session is also designed to encourage early communication and language skills through singing, signing, instruments and interactive games. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

RAW Kids Gymnastics is a fun, creative and engaging class that will develop your child's physical, cognitive and social skills. It will teach them all the basic fundamentals of movement including balance, strength, agility and co-ordination creating a good sense of body awareness and control.
