Pysgod y Penwythnos is a swim school running swimming lessons in Newcastle Emlyn Swimming Pool on weekends during school term time and school holidays. Lessons are available for children aged three and over, regardless of ability. Ysgol nofio newydd yw Pysgod y Penwythnos. Croeso / Welcome to our family run swim school with 20 years experience in teaching swimming. Sblash is a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment where children can start at a level appropriate to them and progress at their own rate through the Swim Wales framework.

FF Dancers is based at FF studio, Haverfordwest Pembrokeshire. Principal and studio owner Finola trained at the prestigious London Studio Centre in ballet, jazz, contemporary, street, musical theatre and more. Majoring in jazz in her third year going on to perform with "The Jazz Company". Finola moved back to Pembrokeshire with the vision to provide Pembrokeshire dancers with opportunities.
