First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!

We are a purpose built gymnastics club, with dedicated trained gymnastics coaches. We are governed by British Gymnastics. Ballet Bears Dance Academy is a wonderful dance programme for children aged 12 months to 10 years. Specifically designed for babies and toddlers, the programme allows children to experience the benefits and joys of music and dance within a creative, nurturing, caring and fun environment.
