We offer a variety of Dance and Cheerleading classes from Recreational to Competition level and holiday camps for ages 4 up.

We aim to create fun, exciting, game-based football sessions for all ages, genders and abilities to take part and learn! We can provide you with a pathway into a successful grass roots football team with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game before joining a team if you wish!

England Netball Trailblazer Club for Bee Netball sessions! Netball sessions for children aged 4-11 years old (school years R-6) following the England Netball Bee Netball Framework, the approved framework for U11 players, through age appropriate, fun and engaging sessions. At each stage we prepare players to be equipped physically and emotionally for the next stage of their netball development.

We provide fun and engaging Spanish language learning for all! Morning, lunchtime and after school Spanish clubs for primary school aged children, and private tuition for primary, secondary school aged children and adults

We develop Players not Squads , we concentrate on player development to sustain their position within their club. The players can represent us if they wish and experience our Tournament Leagues , tours in the UK and Europe and much more. Sports Educational Development for school year 9- 11 +

The Play Team is a company dedicated to inspiring children and young people to lead active and healthy lifestyles. Our aim is to achieve this through provision of the highest quality Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity (PESSPA). The Play Team has over 20 years industry experience with highly qualified staff coming from Primary, Secondary, College and University teaching backgrounds. Childhood Obesity is a serious and very much publicised problem. Current statistics indicate 1/3 of children (aged 2 to 15 years) are overweight/obese, with clear links between this and mental health issues. We are committed to tackling this problem, using our passion and experience to inspire those we engage with.

Dance Out Loud is a glittering ballet and creative movement studio for dancers 18m-8yrs with children’s ballet classes in Southampton and Havant, UK.

We offer football sessions on a Saturday morning and Monday evening. We also run sports coaching courses during half terms and Summer holidays and the children can enjoy all the below *Football *Tag Rugby *Dodgeball *Kwik Cricket *Tag Games *Goal Ball *And much more, come and spend the whole day doing purely football/ multi-games or a mixture of both!!
