FF Dancers is based at FF studio, Haverfordwest Pembrokeshire. Principal and studio owner Finola trained at the prestigious London Studio Centre in ballet, jazz, contemporary, street, musical theatre and more. Majoring in jazz in her third year going on to perform with "The Jazz Company". Finola moved back to Pembrokeshire with the vision to provide Pembrokeshire dancers with opportunities.

Pysgod y Penwythnos is a swim school running swimming lessons in Newcastle Emlyn Swimming Pool on weekends during school term time and school holidays.
