Wrestling is a weight category sport (No child will be weighed unless attending national competitions, and no child would ever be asked to cut weight) so your child will practice with someone their own size and rough weight each week. Misconceptions; Wrestling is sometimes viewed as violent and linked to the excitement of entertainment wrestling. However we don't throw punches or chairs. We don't trash talk our adversaries and we certainly don't encourage hurting our team mates or opponents.

Bishopbriggs Acro Gymnastics Club is based in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow and caters for competitive and recreational gymnasts starting from the age of 5 years. Our aim is to promote acro gymnastics as both a competitive and recreational sport and make it as accessible as possible for those interested in participating. Acro gymnastics involves pairs, groups and tumbling from Preparatory Grades to FIG level. The club was established in 1983. Throughout the years the club has seen much success with several gymnasts representing Scotland in both acrobatics and tumbling. We are very proud of all our gymnasts' achievements! Bishopbriggs Acro Gymnastics Club is affiliated to the governing body, the Scottish Gymnastics Association.
