Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

Netball Stars is fun and inclusive netball training for children aged 4-10 years old. We aim to develop basic netball skills and knowledge, we provide a safe space for children to learn and grow in confidence whilst they begin their netball journey. All sessions are run by qualified PE teachers.

Foundation Sports are an award winning sports coaching company hosting a number of different sports clubs from after school provision to holiday camps. Our classes have been designed to bring out children's imagination, confidence and musicality through the art form of dance. Each session is followed by a stay and play for your tiny dancer and a coffee club for the grown ups.

Quite simply, Mini Handball is an all-inclusive adaptation of a team game that promotes fair play, fun and physical literacy. Mini Handball is here to offer grassroots training and competition opportunities to strengthen the foundations of handball in England.

To support our inclusive community, we provide a personal approach, tailoring learning methods to each student's needs. We teach STREET DANCE, DISCO FREESTYLE, ROCK N ROLL & SLOW WORK. I mainly teach in after school clubs, but we offer Competitions, Shows, Carnivals, Exams, Summer Fairs & Dance for Fun. We start you off as a beginner and watch you grow into something special. Many of our pupils move onto Dance University but I also offer teacher training.
