Tyneside gymnastics club is a 'sport for all' club, offering gymnastics for all ages and abilities. We provide opportunities for all to achieve through a culture of excellence and enjoyment. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE.
