Activate Reform and Inspire Studios (ARI Studios) is a Sunderland-based stage school offering dynamic and supportive dance training for children aged 3 to 16. We’re passionate about more than just great performance — our classes are designed to build confidence, social skills, and physical fitness, helping young dancers grow both on and off the stage. Under the guidance of our director, a qualified dance teacher and personal trainer, ARI Studios takes a holistic approach to dance training. Through our unique ARI Method, we support each child’s dance journey with structured progression, while also developing strong, resilient bodies to support long-term health and help reduce injury risk. Durham City Gymnastics Club specialises in Tumbling Gymnastics and Cheerleading from club level to International Level. We also offer general gymnastics and trampolining classes from age 3 to adult.

Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!
