Little Fizz is an award winning exciting and engaging combination of music, movement and learning through play within a fun, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Little Fizz is inspired by the excitement and energy with which little ones approach life. we celebrate that every child is unique and will learn and develop differently. Our emphasis is on the physical and mental benefits of being active and a fun shared experience for the parent/carer of the child and their little ones! Our 40 minute classes are fun and lively with a variety of engaging activities and songs, carefully designed to provide a range of developmental opportunities for your little ones, whilst recognising that all children develop differently and that little ones learn best while having fun. Our activities include a combination of music, movement, imaginative play, fun with props and instruments, parachute games, sensory play and story telling.

We proudly offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, with over six classes available, including Adult Fitness programmes. Our fully qualified and professional teaching staff deliver high-quality training across a variety of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Contemporary, Commercial, Acro, Musical Theatre, Dance Fitness, and Mum and Baby classes. Students have the opportunity to take part in ISTD syllabus examinations, as well as seasonal performances and showcases held throughout the year. Our members start from as young as 7 months, through to 11 years of age. Our classes offer the children a range of benefits; physical, intellectual and social. Through providing an opportunity for physical development in the essential basic skills of movement and co-ordination, we develop the building blocks for all sports as the children get older and progress to other activities. Children improve their flexibility, balance, co-ordination, body-awareness and strength. In doing so, they develop their confidence and self-esteem.
