Alloa Amateur Gymnastics Club is a non profit community club based in the Wasps Centre in Alloa. We offer open gym from walking, pre-school from 3+ years and recreational, development, teamgym, floor & vault and 4 piece classes from 5-18 years.

The Pars Foundation was established in 2013, The Pars Foundation are responsible for the running of the community programme on behalf of Dunfermline Athletic Football Club. Our aim is to provide a wide and diverse programme of events. We strive to make a positive difference in the local community through our innovative and inclusive programme of activities. Encouraging active lifestyles & opportunities while promoting health and well-being. We have a vision that we will work in partnership with others building stronger, healthier, happier and successful communities, both at home and abroad. The Club was formed in 1987 with 25 gymnasts training in the Assembly Hall of the old Auchterarder High School. The Club continued to grow and increase its membership over the following 6 years moving to Glenruthven Mill in 1993 where it held classes every week day and at weekends seeing its membership rise to 100 gymnasts and its coaches increasing from 2 to 8. In March 2002 we became a registered charity & completed the required fund raising necessary to build our existing facility. We received support from the Lottery funding, Robertson Trust, Gannochy Trust, Auchterarder Common Good Fund, Perth & Kinross Council, Auchterarder Rotary, local businesses and fund raising by gymnasts, parents and friends. We moved in 2004 with the official opening taking place in May 2005 by Steve Frew winner of a gold medal at the Manchester Commonwealth Games. Today we have over 430 gymnasts ranging from 18 months up to 18 years, training every day of the week with excess of 15 Coaches all fully trained and qualified together with all the helpers who perform a fantastic variety of roles. Over the years we have had tremendous success at all levels of competition including National representation and we continue to take part in many gym displays. We have links with clubs in England, Ireland, Belgium, Romania, Italy, USA and China and we are invited to compete internationally and also to attend various events and training camps. We are the largest children’s organisation within Auchterarder and one of the largest in Perthshire with a modern training facility which allows our gymnasts to train at all levels up to and including national level. We certainly have a great story to tell so why not be part of our future success.
