Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. KINESISdance is run by qualified dance teacher, Helen Brown, and offers a variety of classes and workshops in and around York. We offer regular Street Dance, Contemporary Dance & Musical Theatre Dance for CHILDREN, TEENAGERS & ADULTS, as well as working with pupils and teachers in Primary Schools to deliver creative dance through the curriculum and CPD workshops. Professional coaching for all

We are a purpose built gymnastics club, with dedicated trained gymnastics coaches. We are governed by British Gymnastics. We offer introductions to gymnastics, running, strength work, conditioning, team work, friendships too We have classes just for fun and confidence and Competitive Squads for Boys and Girls
