At Canvas Cafe Kids Workshops, creativity comes first. Children are encouraged to draw, design, build, paint, explore and experiment through exciting hands on projects that inspire imagination and confidence. From holiday workshops and creative clubs to school sessions and special events, every experience is designed to be fun, engaging and accessible for all abilities. Using a wide range of materials and techniques, children develop new skills, make friends and create art work they are proud of in a friendly, supportive environment led by an experienced Art Teacher. Our aim is simple: to inspire creativity, build confidence and help every child discover the joy of making.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

ISDance is a vibrant, community-based dance school nurturing creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. Welcoming students from ages 2-18, we offer high-quality training in ballet, contemporary, commercial, jazz and musical theatre. Our classes are designed to inspire dancers of all abilities, from tiny dancers taking their first steps to experienced students developing their technique and performance skills. At ISDance, we believe dance should be joyful, expressive, and inclusive, providing every child with the opportunity to shine in both the studio and on stage. With passionate teachers, a supportive atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to perform, ISDance is where young dancers grow in confidence, make lasting friendships, and discover the magic of dance.

KINESISdance is run by qualified dance teacher, Helen Brown, and offers a variety of classes and workshops in and around York. We offer regular Street Dance, Contemporary Dance & Musical Theatre Dance for CHILDREN, TEENAGERS & ADULTS, as well as working with pupils and teachers in Primary Schools to deliver creative dance through the curriculum and CPD workshops. In addition, we also offer bespoke Wedding First Dance Tuition, working with couples to create a First Dance which is perfect for them.

We are Galacticos! Welcome to Galacticos Junior Football Academy! Where we’re passionate about football! Our goal is to instill that same passion in our children. We aim to create a safe space where girls and boys age 3-14 years can build confidence, develop technical skills, and enhance fitness and wellbeing.
