Our values lie in Gymnastics for ALL and will always welcome your gymnast whatever their needs. Founded by head coach Hailey in 2013, she has 21 years experience in coaching recreational gymnastics. Hailey's key disciplines are tumbling and sports acrobatics. We love getting involved in community events and host many extra socials such as Easter egg hunts, Christmas parties and an end of year presentation with trophies for children displaying our core values throughout the year.

Our group sessions are a great way to encourage your child to cycle and learn how to ride a pedal bike earlier.

Little Learners is a unique and fun approach to early writing for babies to pre-schoolers, delivered by a qualified teacher. We will help your child recognise and make marks and begin to form letters, numbers, shapes and patterns. We learn through play, strengthening core muscles and developing gross & fine motor skills as well as encouraging your child to form positive relationships with others. Classes are suitable for children aged 5 months to 5 years.

MICA FOOTBALL PERFORMANCE - Offering 1to1 and small group training sessions for children (girls and boys) aged 5-16yrs to help them master their technique and help to build a strong mindset and maximise their physical capabilities. All sessions are held Indoors at our fantastic and unique training facility using all the latest and greatest training equipment.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
