SupaStrikers is a football-based activity session for children aged 2-5 years, which takes the form of weekly indoor sessions and it’s coming to Eastbourne! As well as learning core football and movement skills, children also develop their awareness of shapes, colours, simple numbers and social skills. Get in contact to register interest!

My name is Amalia, I am a Gymnastics Coach, Fitness instructor and personal trainer that loves to spread love for gymnastics, dancing and helping my community improve their fitness and connect with themselves and each other. I teach children from 2yo all the way to 100yo!! Yes you will find me teaching dancing (seating down) even in Care Homes. I was a gymnast myself for over 20 years and have been coaching on and off all my life. My main goal is that children find in my sport the same I did many years ago, which is a safe and happy place... I aim to teach them skills they can use for life, but mostly for them to have fun while they are learning. My adult classes include Zumba, Pilates, Personal Training and Strong (Hiit) in an inclusive, fun environment!

We offer football coaching to girls who are looking to get involved with football for the first time and to those looking for extra training in addition to their team training. All sessions are based on having fun, while learning new skills and developing technical abilities. We run, After School Clubs, Holiday Camps soon, Birthday Parties, FA wildcats sessions for those aged 5-11 and Squad girls sessions for aged 12-14. At FADC All sessions are run by First Aid Trained, DBS Checked and experienced, qualified FA coaches that the kids will find fun engaging and highly inspirational. The girls are able to play football in a fun and friendly environment which provides the perfect setting for girls to make new friends, build confidence and stay active.
