The Wee Coaching Company: Empowering Children and Women Through Coaching & Well-being At The Wee Coaching Company, we believe in taking a proactive approach to well-being and mental health, equipping both children and women with the tools they need to build confidence, resilience, and self-belief in a fun and supportive environment. For Children: Wise for My Size Our Wise for My Size program is designed to help children develop emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a growth mindset through engaging, interactive coaching sessions. Using storytelling, creative play, and evidence-based coaching techniques, we empower children to manage their worries, overcome challenges, and develop a strong sense of self. Every session is playful, strengths-focused, and designed to support mental well-being in a way that feels fun and natural. For Women: Well-being & Balance Our sessions for women provide a safe, uplifting space to focus on self-care, balance, and personal growth. Whether you're a busy mum looking to reclaim some "me time" or a woman seeking deeper self-connection, our workshops help you: - Develop practical well-being strategies to navigate the demands of daily life. - Reconnect with joy and purpose, reducing stress and overwhelm. - Find your tribe—a supportive community of like-minded women who lift each other up. Held in a beautiful, calming space, our sessions blend coaching, reflection, and connection, giving you the chance to breathe, reset, and thrive. At The Wee Coaching Company, we know that small shifts create lasting change. Through our coaching, we help children and women become leaders in their own lives, fostering self-trust, inner strength, and a positive mindset that lasts a lifetime.
