We have taught in over 75 schools across the South East as well as working with Pro clubs and some of the largest youth football organisations. We provide safe, fun and inspiring development for children of all ages and abilities.

We are a dynamic football coaching company built around fun, energy, and engagement. Our sessions are designed to inspire young players aged 5–16, creating an environment where they feel confident, motivated, and excited to learn. We provide a platform for every player to express themselves, develop their technical ability, and grow their understanding of the game. Through high-energy sessions, positive coaching, and structured development pathways, we help players build skills, confidence, teamwork, and a genuine love for football. Our mission is simple: create an environment where every child can thrive, improve, and enjoy the game.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

We believe in providing a comprehensive dance experience that caters for every individual, from those seeking recreational enjoyment to aspiring performers ready for the competitive stage. Our classes are designed to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each dancer. At Lake Academy of Dance, we understand that for many dance is not just about technique; it's about embracing the joy, creativity, and expression that dance brings. Join us on this exciting journey, where every type of dancer is welcomed, celebrated, and given the chance to shine in the world of dance and performing arts!

With 13+ years’ experience in West Sussex, Dave and his team coach at 4 clubs and local schools-offering fun group sessions, after-school clubs, and 1-to-1 lessons that help every player enjoy and improve their tennis.
