FF Dancers is based at FF studio, Haverfordwest Pembrokeshire. Principal and studio owner Finola trained at the prestigious London Studio Centre in ballet, jazz, contemporary, street, musical theatre and more. Majoring in jazz in her third year going on to perform with "The Jazz Company". Finola moved back to Pembrokeshire with the vision to provide Pembrokeshire dancers with opportunities.

Haverfordwest Gymnastics club is a gymnast centered organisation. We offer gymnastics opportunities for everyone aged 6 months through to adults and including disabilities. We are a completely inclusive club, and aim to provide equal opportunities to all. As well as termly classes, we offer Pay As You Go, half term workshops, parties and Pop ups, allowing those who can't afford monthly prescriptions or who are on the waiting list can still access Gymnastics at a level right for them. Haverfordwest Gymnastics offer beginner, intermediate, intermediate advanced and squad Gymnastics. Our club moto is to constantly work to provide as many opportunities as possible for all levels and ages! As a club we offer; Recreational - gymnasts for all classes Women's Artstic Squad - bars, beam, floor and vault competitive Tumbling squad - combining a series of acro skills to create a tumble pass Trampoline - we are working to add a Trampolining class
