First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

In our classes the children take their first steps into their football career, within this, they will be active throughout the session developing physical, mental and social skills through our fun-based planned sessions. They will further develop their football skills and knowledge so they are tricky for anybody to defend against.

Eastend Soccer Skills is an exciting coaching pathway for boys and girls aged from 4 to 12 years of age. Children will be set up in age appropriate groups ensuring each child can maximise their potential and enrol on a player development pathway. The philosophy and coaching syllabus across the whole ESS programme has been designed by our own UEFA A licensed coach Neil.
