My personal favourite is “Triumph Over Lockdown” in 2021 from "Wales" Children’s' Activities and Services Awards"! A truly unique awards - well earned as we battled through the constant challenges of lockdown! We are also super proud to be this years' winners of "Best Independent Children's Business in the "Wales" Children’s' Activities and Services Awards"! LOCATIONS We like to offer classes in as many locations as possible so have lots of venues! This way we can minimise the distance you travel and you can meet parents in your area. Classes are held in Radyr, Roath, Penarth, Llanishen, Llandaff North, Morganstown and Heath. FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE We even offer flexible attendance - so once you book your half term you can mix and match classes when you need to! Just send a quick message to check the classes you want to switch to when you can't make your usual classes is running (we rarely cancel - but just incase) and come along. You can make up your missed class ANYTIME within the term you are booked in for. Alternatively, you can bring a friend to your regular class during the half term as a guest to make up your missed class - just let us know so we can book them in. TODDLER/ PRESCHOOL FIZZ Little Fizz Toddler/ preschool classes are super relaxed and very lively! We know all children join in differently - some sit and watch, taking it all in and then doing our songs and activities at home, others are up and at it, jining in every activity, some will move during class, joining in their own way and and gaining valuable experience and developing an understanding of a group activity. Baby siblings are welcome to join in and FREE below age 1 - then we offer a half price discount. We have many children enjoying the class up to school age (and many school age siblings very cross that they have to miss out once they start school!). We adapt our activities for older class members and offer a helper role - which they love! MAXIMUM SAFETY, MAXIMUM FUN! Risk Assessments are done for every activity and your child's safety is paramount to us. We do expect parents to supervise children at all times to ensure safety. We also keep a close eye on our Little Frizzers add intervene to prevent bumped heads/ plug investigation (!) , pushing, tumble taking and all the normal challenging toddler behaviours that come with the territory! COVID We are hopefully moving out of the Covid Crisis but continue to be aware and proactive. The Little Fizz Team have taken a course in Infection Control for Children's Activity Providers, which is accredited by the Children's Activity Association. We will also include puppets, percussion instruments, dance ribbons, hula hoops and other props, whilst making sure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned, WHAT WE OFFER PARENTS , CARERS AND LITTLE ONES: – 40 minute class consists of a variety of engaging activities within a learning theme, which we build on week by week. - Fun, friendship, laughter and joy. – Activities carefully designed to provide an exciting range of developmental opportunities for little ones, whilst recognizing that all children develop differently, and that they learn best whilst having fun! – Inclusivity - we are a welcoming group, in which every child and carer can enjoy and benefit from regardless of ability or medical needs. – Behind all that we do is a wealth of experience (17 years!), as well as an understanding and love of little people!
